The course will be delivered using a variety of methods including: \n● PowerPoint Presentations \n● Flip Chart Exercises \n● Guided Group Discussions and Activities \n● Practical Demonstrations and Training \nYou will be expected to deliver a presentation and assess other candidates throughout the course. \nPrerequisites to Become an RLSS UK TA\nEvery candidate attending a Trainer Assessor course must be: \n\nAt least 18 years of age.\nHold a current Licence to Operator Membership to the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK).\nHold a full qualification that matches the RLSS UK qualification that they wish to train others in (e.g. to become a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) Trainer Assessor\, you must hold a full National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)).\n\nIntegrated Qualifications: \n Automated External Defibrillator (AED) \nThe Pool Extraction Board (PXB). \nEquipment Required: \nYou are required to bring the following items to the course: \n● Photographic Identification (must be shown to the trainer on the first day of the course) \n● Swimming costume \n● Towel \n● Shorts and t-shirt to be worn in the water \n● Pen / pencil \nSome training days may include water work on more than one occasion and candidates may prefer to bring two\nsets of towels\, shorts and t-shirts. \nCourse Dates:\n29th\, 30th\, 31st of January 2027 \n6th and 7th February 2027 \nCourse Times:\n0800-1800 each day. \n100% Attendance is required throughout the course. \nCourse Assessment:\nThe course syllabus and practical skills are continually assessed by the course trainer and a suitable level\ncompetence must be achieved. \nName: PRO:Lifesavers Telephone: 07511 843650 Email: mail@prolifesavers.co.uk \nPayment to be made in full at time of booking to secure place\, refunds will not be issued. \nPlaces on our courses are limited and we operate on a first come first served basis.
